For Shopify brands

Know what a new customer is worth.

For owners of Shopify food and consumer brands doing six or seven figures a year with a small team. We find out what each new customer is really worth and what you can afford to pay for one. Then we automate the weekly work around it.

What a diagnostic looks at for a Shopify brand

We work from your store and ad exports. Every number comes with a note on how sure we are of it.

  1. Customer value by month of first orderWe group customers by the month they first bought and track what each group spends after that. These groups are called cohorts. They show if newer customers are worth more or less than older ones.
  2. The most you can pay for a new customerFrom that value and your margins, we work out the most you can spend to win one customer and still come out ahead.
  3. NCROAS, the daily number to watchNew-customer return on ad spend (NCROAS) is revenue from first orders divided by what you spent on ads. It leaves out repeat buyers your ads did not win. We set the floor it should stay above.
  4. How fast second orders comeHow many days pass between a first and a second order, and how many customers never order again. It tells you when to reach out.
  5. Which bundle or product brings customers backWhich first purchase leads to the most second orders. That may be the one to put in front of new buyers.
  6. The weekly hand workPick lists, bag or unit counts, wholesale orders, review requests and the monthly numbers. We time each one and note who does it.

Work we take off a brand's plate

Each one has a working example with made-up data. Yours is shaped by what the diagnostic finds.

How it works

  1. Stage 1

    Diagnose

We read your exports and time the weekly work. You get the numbers above and a plain recommendation. It has a fixed fee, agreed before we start.

  2. Stage 2

    Build

If a build makes sense, you get three options at fixed prices. You test each milestone and pay as it lands.

  3. Stage 3

    Run

Kustos keeps it running and right, or you run it yourself. You keep the system either way.

Questions from Shopify brands

Do you need access to my Shopify admin?

Read-only access is enough. You can send us exports, or add us as a collaborator with read-only rights. We remove that access when the work ends.

Will this change my store or my ads?

No. The diagnostic only reads. Nothing in your store, your ad accounts or your emails changes. A later build touches only what you approve.

What if my numbers are messy?

Rough is fine. Gaps are normal, like old orders from another platform or ad spend kept in a sheet. We work with what you have and say how sure we are of each number.

Next step

Start with the process that costs you the most.

Rough numbers are fine. Describing it takes about three minutes.
