Example: Posts and newsletters
Jot down your week. Get the posts and the newsletter, ready for your OK.
Write a few lines about what is new, and get a draft for each channel plus a short newsletter in your own voice. Every price and date is checked against your notes, and nothing posts until you approve it.
Writing posts and newsletters. About 30 minutes each time, every time it comes up.
Handled for you, and nothing reaches a customer in words you have not approved.
What a diagnostic would check first
The diagnostic decides what gets built, or whether anything should. What follows is one way it could look.
- Where the news for each week lives today
- Which channels bring customers or donors in
- Hours spent writing posts each week
One way it could look

How it would work
- Step 1
You jot down the week
A few lines in a Google Doc or sheet: what is new, what is on, what changed. Your notes are the only source of facts.
- Step 2
It drafts each channel
An AI model writes a Facebook post, an Instagram caption, a LinkedIn post and a short newsletter in your saved voice. We build that voice from 20 to 30 of your past posts, and you approve it before anything is drafted.
- Step 3
It checks every draft
Length for that channel, your banned words, the right link, and every number, price, time and date against your notes. A draft with a flag cannot be approved until it is fixed.
- Step 4
You approve, it schedules
An approved post takes the next free slot at your posting times. Nothing posts until you say so.
Waits for your OK
- Every post and every newsletter. Nothing is posted or sent until you approve it.
- Any draft with a flag. It cannot be approved until the flag is fixed.
- Changes after approval. Editing an approved post takes it off the schedule, and so does a change to your notes or voice that makes it fail a check.
- Your voice, banned words and saved facts. Only you change them.
Konsul builds it. Kustos keeps it running and right.
Once it is live, Kustos checks it on a schedule and drafts a fix when something breaks. A person approves every change.
What could go wrong
A post states a price or date that is wrong.
Every number, price, time, day and date in a draft is checked against your notes and saved facts. One that is not there is flagged, and the draft cannot be approved until it matches.
Something posts that nobody read.
Nothing posts without your approval. Editing an approved post, or changing notes so it fails a check, takes it off the schedule until you approve it again.
A made-up fact slips through in words, like "our best seller" or "six years".
The claim check reads digits, prices, times and dates. It does not catch claims written in words, so a person reads every draft before approving it.
Meta or LinkedIn will not grant posting access.
Posting from your own setup needs a Meta app with page permissions and LinkedIn approval for its posting API. Either can take weeks or be refused. Until then, approved posts wait on a Schedule tab and you paste them in at their slot.
Next step
Start with the process that costs you the most.
Rough numbers are fine. Describing it takes about three minutes.
