What we collect and why

Your name, your business, your email and what you write to us. It is stored in our Supabase database. Only Isaiah reads it, and we use it only to reply to you.

This site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or anything that identifies you. We also count a few actions, like a click on the booking link or a sent Start form, as the action and the page only, with no name, address or ID. The calculator keeps your numbers in your own browser, in session storage, so it can carry them to the Start form.

Your builds run in your own accounts, so your customer data stays there. The client portal shows your builds, their health and your requests. Each client sees only their own records. See the Security page for details.

• Supabase: our database and portal sign-in.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and counts page views without cookies.
• Google Workspace: our email.
• For your build: the AI provider and any transcription service that build uses, under your own account.

We do not sell your data.

• If you do not become a client, we delete your messages 12 months after the last one. Ask and we will delete them sooner.
• If you are a client, we keep your records for the term of our agreement, plus what tax and legal records require.
