Have every inquiry answered the moment it arrives, with a reply you wrote once and switched on. Then have the build remind you when a lead is still waiting on a person past the deadline you set. Our Lead replies example works this way with Google Sheets and Gmail in your own Google account. The first reply is automatic. The real follow-up is still yours, and the reminder makes sure it happens.
Spam is sorted out first and gets nothing back, and a repeat sender gets one reply per 30 days. It starts with email. Texting can be added after US carrier registration, which can take two to three weeks.
Once a lead has had that first reply, the Follow-up list example can keep the deal and its next call in one sheet, with a short email each morning listing what is overdue.
See the Follow-up list exampleWhat the build does
- It arrivesFrom your website form or a Google Form, into one sheet you own.
- It gets sortedQuote, booking, question or spam, and who should take it.
- It gets answeredYour own reply goes out with their name in it. Spam gets nothing back.
- It doesn't go coldIf nobody replies by the deadline, the owner gets one reminder. The lead never does.
What still waits for a person
- The reply text. You write it and switch it on. Until then, leads are sorted and you are told, but nothing goes to the customer.
- Every personal follow-up. The build reminds you, and you write it.
What it needs from you
- A Google Workspace account
- Your website form sending into a Google Sheet, or a Google Form
- Who takes quotes, bookings and questions
This is one example running on made-up data. Yours is shaped by what the diagnostic finds, so it may look different, or the honest answer may be to build nothing.
