How the numbers are counted
- The build checks the inbox every 15 minutes, so a draft is ready by the next check.
- Looking up an order and answering by hand takes about 4 minutes, so 7 drafts is 28 min of lookup and typing.
- The before column is when the owner answered between roasts. The pitch never got an answer and is left out of that average.
What waits for a person
