Yes. Konsul is an AI and automation consulting practice based in Boise, Idaho, run by Isaiah Grover. It works with small businesses and nonprofits that have a manual process costing them time or money, and no in-house technical team to fix it. Work starts with a diagnostic at a fixed fee, agreed before we start. Konsul works in person across the Treasure Valley and remote everywhere else.
Konsul is the consulting practice of Kustos. Konsul finds the work that eats your week, puts a yearly cost on it and builds the small app that handles it. Kustos keeps it running once it is live, or you run it yourself.
More about IsaiahWho you would work with
- Isaiah Grover. Today he works as an AI consultant and forward deployed engineer at an enterprise software company. Before that he worked in service delivery and client services, and sold an integration and automation platform.
- Konsul is one person. The person on your first call is the person who builds your system and answers when it needs a fix.
- If a technical choice comes up, he explains it in plain terms and tells you what he would pick. You need to understand your business, and you already do.
How a diagnostic works
- It has a fixed fee, agreed before we start, and takes about two weeks from the mapping session to the written readout.
- You provide an hour or two with the people who do the work, a look at their tools and your best rough numbers.
- You get a map of the process as it runs today and what it costs each year in your numbers, with a clear recommendation. Sometimes that is to build nothing, or to buy software that already exists. If a build makes sense, you get three options at fixed prices.
- Start a build within 30 days of the readout and the full fee counts toward it.
Where a build runs
- Inside your own accounts. The AI and hosting bills sit there too, on your own billing, so you can see every charge.
- A system gets the access it needs and nothing more. If it drafts emails, it cannot send them until you approve that step.
- If you stop working with us, you keep the system and everything needed to run it.
